Over the course of the next few months we are going to let you, the customers know a little bit more about us. In this new blog post series we will be taking one of our staff members and asking them a series of questions. These questions range from everyday questions to professional questions. We hope that along the way that not only you learn something new about our us a company but the types of hard working individuals who make it all possible.

In our first article we sit down with Trevor. Trevor is one of our sales & technical assistants. chances are if you have ordered a kit or experienced a problem Trevor has been the guy to help you. If you haven't ordered over the phone or had an issue chances are you still have seen Trevor on our site. His image is often featured on our blog posts on the 'Speak With A Specialist' link. Anyway, whether you have met him or you haven't, we hope this article will shed a little more light on who he is and what he brings to Master Power Brakes.

So, Where are you from?

I'm from Delaware and moved to North Carolina in the summer of 2000.

When did you join MPB?

The Spring of 2015.

What is your role with MPB?

Sales, Technical Assistance and anything else that is needed..

What do you think is the most challenging part of our industry?

Giving the proper information/knowledge.  There is a lot of false information out there.

What was your first car?

1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 w/ 6 speed.

What is your favorite car?

That is the hardest question out there.  There are too many.  I’ve always been a fan of the first gen camaro’s but I like a lot of late model vehicles as well.

As you look back on your career what was the most painful lesson you were required to learn?

It's not really a lesson but the biggest thing is to always under promise and over deliver. Never the opposite.

What is the one quality that best describes you?

Laid back and easy going.

Is there any advice you would give to someone just starting out in our industry49726441_10156250873373178_2687890739718782976_o?

Be personal with all your customers and treat them like you would want to be treated in their situation. Be their buddy!

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Hanging out with friends and my 5 yr old son. Going to the drag strip and hanging out on the lake. Spending time with my Dog.

Current Car Projects  You Are Working On?

Unfortunately nothing at the moment but looking to get into the 73-87 C-10 world at some point in the near future.

If you could brag about one thing you have done outside of work what would it be?

I used to be big in circle track racing ever since I was 7. I had a lot of wins and a lot of good times with my dad.  Not really to brag about but something I feel I was good at!

That's it for our first Master Power Brakes Employee profile. We hope that everyone enjoyed learning a little bit more about Trevor from our sales team. Stay tuned for our next employee profile as we tackle the other half of the sales team with the one and only Pat Goddard. His profile is one you certainly don't want to miss.
